Rehabilitation Medical Supply is a team of experienced specialists offering custom-fit design and fabrication of prosthetic and orthotic devices for all ages and activity levels.                  

Mark Swanstrom, CP, BOC, is the Orthotics & Prosthetics Manager for Rehabilitation Medical Supply in Sioux Falls. He graduated from USD in 1999 and received his certificates as Prosthetic Technician and Prosthetic Practitioner from Century College in White Bear Lake, MN. He became certified in prosthetics in 2004 and in orthotics in 2008. He is experienced in fitting C-legs, harmony systems, and Walk-Aides, as well as most prosthetic devices. He has also had extensive experience in orthotic-related trauma situations and has been successful in fitting both lower and upper extremity prosthetics and orthotics.

Brad Bracewell, C.O., is on our Rapid City staff and has been in the field of bio-mechanical bracing since 1993. He has an extensive pediatric background and has served in a variety of specialty clinics.  In addition, he has addressed the orthotic needs of adult neuro, long-term rehab, spine, podiatric, and diabetic care.  Brad values creative solutions to the individual needs of his clients. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and the orthotics program at Century College in White Bear Lake, MN. He previously practiced in Billings, MT and in Fargo, ND.

Todd Jensen, C.P. , is a board-certified prosthetic practitioner who has been designing, fitting and servicing artificial limbs since 1988. Jensen is a graduate of Northeast Metro Technical Institute in White Bear Lake, MN, and joined our staff in 2007. He is a C-Leg-qualified practitioner, and is certified in Harmony System socket technology.

Annette Vollan-Kerber, PT, MS, PCS, received her physical therapy degree from the University of Oklahoma. She is certified as a pediatric specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and completed her post-professional graduate degree at Rocky Mountain University in Provo, Utah. Annette's areas of practice include cranial remolding helmets, LE serial casting, and pediatric foot disorders.

Eric Pickering, CPO, is board-certified as a prosthetist and orthotist. His experience in fitting patients with artificial limbs and orthotic devices goes back to 1975. A prosthetic wearer himself, Pickering received his degree in orthotics and prosthetics at Cerritos College in Norwalk, CA., and interned at Rancho Los Amigos Hospital in Downey, CA. He is experienced in fitting cranial remolding helmets and is certified in C-Leg and Rheo Knee prosthetics. He joined the staff of Rehabilitation Medical Supply in Rapid City in 2004.

Erin Rice, CO, ATC, is a certified orthotist who received her Advanced Specialty degree in Orthotics from Century College in White Bear Lake, MN, and completed her one-year NCOPE Accredited residency in orthotics at Rehabilitation Medical Supply in Sioux Falls. Her areas of interest are in athletic and pediatric bracing, as well as in cranial remolding orthoses. Erin received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Athletic Training from North Dakota State University and is currently a BOC Certified Athletic Trainer. Erin joined our staff in July of 2011.

Kristin Tuttle, MSPT, ATP, Outpatient Director, is a physical therapist and Assistive Technology Professional, with special training in durable medical equipment adaptation. Kristin's expertise is in assisting users' assistive technology needs, from evaluation and assessment, through training and follow-up. Kristin earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in nursing from South Dakota State University and a Master's Degree in physical therapy from the University of South Dakota.  She joined the staff of Rehabilitation Medical Supply/Children's Care Hospital & School in January of 2002. 

Mike Watt, C.O., began working in the field of orthotics in 1981, working at Marshfield Clinic in Wisconsin, Scott Craig Hospital in Denver, and Abbott Northwestern/Sister Kenney Institute in Minneapolis. He has a diverse background in spinal and upper and lower extremity orthotics for both pediatric and adult patients. He joined the Sioux Falls staff of Rehabilitation Medical Supply in 2007.                          

Mark Wegleitner, C.O., has been a board-certified orthotic practitioner since 1987. He spent his residency at Gillette Children's Hospital and was selected to be part of a technology transfer program to the University of  Nebraska Medical Center, Meyer-Munroe Institute in Omaha, eventually moving to private practice. His expertise includes all aspects of pediatric spinal, lower extremity, and cranial orthoses, as well as adult and young adult sports' medicine, and maladies of the adult foot and ankle. He joined our staff in 2007.
