Unlocking Potential. Improving Lives.

The Extended and Medical Care (EMC) Program is one of the primary services offered by Children's Care Hospital and School. We offer quality medically-based 24-hour programming for children ages birth to 21. Typically the children served in the Extended and Medical Care Program are referred by school districts and/or hospitals that do not have the ability to effectively serve the child. Therefore, the program is deemed the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) that will meet the individual child's needs.  This determination is made by the child's interdisciplinary team.

"I was overwhelmed with the idea of my baby wearing a cranial remolding helmet to correct a flat spot on his head, which was caused by torticollis. The orthotists at Rehabilitation Medical Supply was so reassuring, and my son actually likes wearing the helmet! From the first day I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and reassured that they would take excellent care of my baby."
