FREE CLASS HELPS PARENTS DEVELOP LANGUAGE SKILLS IN YOUNG CHILDREN

POSTED: JAN 16, 2014

Speech-language pathologists Terri Gray and Heather Bradley will describe typical language development, and offer fun ideas to help children develop better speech and communications skills through reading, play, craft activities and more.  Better communication often means children have fewer tantrums--if kids can make themselves understood, they are generally happier and have higher self-esteem. Click here to pre-preregister for this free class, to be held at Children's Care, 7110 Jordan Drive in Rapid City (by the waterslide), 6 p.m., Tuesday, February 4th!

"I like to volunteer at Children's Care because even though I don't work directly with the students, there are still many jobs I am able to do that help them behind the scenes. This year I celebrated my 2-year anniversary volunteering here at Children's Care!"
